ORDERS AND DELIVERY

All prices are subject to change depending on the current market prices for bullion. This will not affect confirmed orders.

Items in stock will be despatched within three days by registered post ( requiring a signature on receipt ). All others will be dispatched within four weeks. Please contact me if an order is urgent.

PAYMENTS

Online payments can be made using Paypal.

 If you wish to pay by cheque please contact me. Goods will be despatched on clearance of the cheque ( usually five working days from receipt ).

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase please email within a week. A refund or exchange will be offered upon the safe return of the goods ( at customer's expense ) in their original, unused condition.

Custom engraved jewellery and earrings cannot be returned.

In the case of a manufacturing fault, a free repair or exchange will be offered. Return postage will be refunded if you have been sent a faulty item.
